So did they just buy Sparrow to shutter it? Or for a talent grab? Why wouldn't they rebrand a full native app (that kicks ass too) and run with that?

Not taking anything from this, it's very nice too, but I would have preferred they left Sparrow alone if they didn't intend on using it at all going forward.
