But anyway, legumes are much more efficient source of protein than beef. I don't understand why you decided to compare against broccoli.

Why not switch to 500g of dog meat?


Dog meat isn't available here, and where it is available in countries such as China and Vietnam, they are readily tortured and boiled alive to make the meat 'taste better'. No thanks.

It is for the same reason I do not eat pork.
