Fwiw, It reads "Avedis Zilciyan şirketi - Avedis Zilciyan company" of course the funny thing about Ottoman Turkish is that it is heavily influenced by Arabic, persian and later French, so the the sentence has a persian root (Zil) an arabic root (Şirket) 2 Turkish suffixes, -ci and -i , an armenian suffix and an Armenian proper name.
