GOG games seem to be harder to get working.
There are some default mods bethesda recently gave away and some DLC i bought that haven't caused on issues.
No idea about third party stuff
Another indie game "Intergalactic fishing" doesn't run for me in windows, but does run on WINE .. which is hilarious.
