Do they actually have 2-factor authentication, though? The French translation seemed to include it, but I don't see any mention of it here.

Edit: Yep, it does have it. Interesting that they don't mention it anywhere in the blog post or on the official site - you'd think it'd be a selling point compared to Dropbox.



I just installed it on my PC and linked it to my account which has 2-factor enabled. It asked me for the code and worked like a charm.


I was required to use 2-factor when I installed the Mac software.


Well, you just log in with your Google account and you can enable 2-factor auth for that, so it does have 2-factor auth


If you've got 2-factor set up on your Google account, you'll get prompted for it when you set up Google Drive.


It's tied to your Google account, for which you can enable 2-factor auth.
