You should check out OpenSUSE which lets you specify which packages you want when you're installing it. You just select the appropriate categories like "Web Development" and it installs a selection of appropriate packages.
I will check it, thank you. However what I was talking is a little more customization then that. If it is dev build, it should link to github, start with zsh etc.
