I would add http://www.shv.com/ The 90's feeling is very strong with this one.

The telltale macromedia functions in the inline page javascript, not that you need to look at the source to tell it was made by dreamweaver.

I was going to apply and found out that a YC W'11 startup was working on something extremely similar. Do you consider applications on products that are similar to those of another YC company ? If yes, is there any history of YC doing this ?

Do you know when the selected startups will be announced ? Couldn't find that information on their website.

We just applied this morning, hopefully its around March 1st or so. If people get accepted they need a bit of time to get stuff in order to head out there.

We also applied recently. Good luck ! We're not based in the US but are ready to move in a second if we get in this program.

The next class is scheduled to start March 15, so hopefully before then :)

Is it open to teams currently based in Europe ( but ready to relocate if needed ) ?

edit: found my answer http://getsatisfaction.com/capitalfactory/topics/do_you_have...

The answer is Yes.

Thanks for all those advices. So bootstrapping a company to sell stuff to big companies seems pretty hard ( being backed by investors would relieve big companies I presume ).

Great work ! Do you plan to expand it to a full MMORPG ? There are some great opportunities in HTML5 browser-based games, considering the ease to port to mobile devices.

Is Chartbeat the only real time analytics engine on the market ? ( I'm asking this because I assume you invested more than me, and I'm interested in knowing the current state of this market )
