Strange thought experiments are fine, but I think you should first try giving AIs God (ideal to strive for, and belief that you will ultimately be judged and be saved accordingly, and that is NOT the "scorer") and conscience (use your intelligence to reason what being "good" means. Continuously update). Those are not precisely defined, but neither are other goals and guardrails.

First thing I am using this is for scraping (my) groups from FaceBook since they shutdown the API a while back. "Give me comments from this group from 1/1 to 8/1 in json". Hope it works.

I'll be interested to see what access it gives you to Meta products.

Grok Bot doesn't have direct access to Twitter like Grok on x.com does, for no good reason, but it does have an API plugin which gives you free $20 credit if you install it.

When these companies want to lock you into their platforms it seems kinda dumb to not give their own products access to their own products.

The walled garden is basically their entire moat. If you have access to that, you can do things like, "Every hour, write all updates in chronological order to a file $HERE", then you have an API feed. You integrate that into your own homespun app, then you never see their ads. They hate that.

All of Meta's products have to be user-hostile, because the first thing you want is interop and that kills their monetization.

I use gemini all the time to check transcripts of videos! Same idea

This is a great idea! Utilizing the world's most advanced software on piles of the most cutting edge hardware, you could do something amazing like give it "write a simple Web2.0 style page with a list of updates from my friends in chronological order"! Imagine how glorious such a simple fun social network could be!

Not in my country yet. Oh well.

enjoy that while it lasts :)

I asked the latest AI model and destroyed consequent amount of water what "fly" is in this context.

Lee Sedol, a top play of Go, quit playing professionally after AlphaGo. Others are still playing. I think this is a personal quest, and differs individually. There probably are similar stories at the start of industrialization.

I think they have Teams bot, but it's bound to a particular user.

Target is probably people only use phones, no note PCs. If you use note, its generally better to tether by phone and view and input from note.

I standardized on Google Password Manager, so use it for banking and stuff on many machines.

Should I use 1password, or setup passkeys and TOTP separately for iOS? I have no idea.

I heard Muse Spark 1.1 isn't too shabby. Since Meta compute >> Chinese labs, we'll see how it goes from here.

It's an anti-consumer evil practice, but if it is a national threat that's on the nation's security infra.

somewhat related to @iammrpayments comment, the S in IoT stands for security.

The nation's security infra is a reflection of the nation's security legislation and regulation.

Aside: TheSInIoT is my DMZ's wifi password.

Does this take include, or exclude, DDOS?

Incentive is for users in general to release sessions (sans PII, credentials) so all AI get better and there is alternatives. Even if China didn't do this, I don't see frontier labs being able to charge premium over others for long. RSI maybe?
