Have you thought about homeschooling up to a certain age/grade? There is a category of socialization skills that only a lot of direct, in-person, peer-to-peer time builds.

Alternatively, homeschool meet-up groups, or cousins.

I used to teach a homeschool PE class that was really just socialization with a theme.

If I wanted to maybe, maybe not. I am basing it off my personal experience (homeschooled until my teens, then placed in a public school which expanded my interpersonal skills greatly and allowed me to function properly in the workforce).
